Nancy Massar is founder and President of Mindful Coaching, a Long Island based organization which provides professional and personal development through individual and team coaching, consulting and training. Specializing in optimizing her clients’ internal resources by upgrading their thinking behaviors, language patterns, decision making, communication styles and approaches to conflict, Nancy’s clients become more productive, improve their leadership effectiveness, enhance their relationship with customers and colleagues, make better decisions and improve their performance in their business and in their life.

Previously, Nancy was with the IBM Corporation for eighteen years. Her experience with IBM as a business consultant and instructor focused on organizational change, quality improvement, business process improvement, leadership development, team building, problem solving, performance management, individual and team coaching, training and facilitation.

Ms. Massar holds a Master’s of Science degree in Human Resources Education and Organization Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Long Island University. She received her coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  Nancy is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). (The MBTI helps clients understand how their personal preferences such as work style, communication style, information gathering, problem solving and decision making affect their performance and work relationships.)  Nancy is past president of the Long Island Coaching Alliance (LICA), a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Psychological Type (APT-NY) and The Association for Operations Management (APICS).  She is a board member of the NYC-LI chapter of APICS. 

Ira Zucker’s motto is “Let me turn your vision into a reality.” His signature ability is to listen and understand exactly the wants and needs of his clients, whether sellers or buyers. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Zucker served in the information technology field for 30 years as a consultant and project manager. He specialized in banking mergers and systems consolidation for some of the largest banks in the world. His attention to detail as an IT Project Manager has proven invaluable, as he handles all the various details necessary to the buying and selling cycle with ease. Having started college as an engineering and architecture major, he has the unique ability to envision easily the end result of projects involving construction.

Zucker is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager candidate and graduate of the six-month Top Dog training program. He is a member of New York State Board of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. He is also an avid skier and enjoys travel.
